Project: EEOC Complaint Process Training

In 1999, the procedure used to process employee discrimination complaints was revised, requiring federal agencies to change the method through which they process and interpret employee discrimination complaints.  To expedite, disperse, and maintain an effective training program of the new complaint process, the EEOC realized efficiencies by going online.
