The husband and wife team, Chef Cathal Armstrong and his restaurant veteran wife Meshelle Armstrong, have created Restaurant Eve; a passion based on experience and a name lent by their first child. Located in a historic warehouse building in Old Town Alexandria, Eve is a 100-seat restaurant offering two unique dining experiences in separate rooms: The Chefs Tasting Room and The Bistro.
Eve has been consistently ranked as one of the top dining destinations in the Washington DC metro area and Chef Armstrong was selected by Food & Wine Magazine to be one of the Top 10 New Chefs in America for 2006.
Meshelle Armstrong designed Eves Web site and asked Redmon to assist with future designs and Web site updates. Press clippings, recipe cards, and other enhancements have been added over time. In addition, Redmon has assisted the Armstrongs with the Web sites for their two new business ventures for Eamonns Dublin Chipper and PX. (www.eamonnsdublinchipper.com)
