Organizational Wellness Learning Systems (OWLS) is an organization dedicated to finding ways to create or maintain a healthy working environment while still realizing a profit. The Intelligent Prevention (IntelliPrev) initiative is a system designed to comprehensively help human resources and other responsible individuals to understand the wellness "climate" of their own or their client's organization in an attempt to identify and address risk areas with an eye towards an effective return on investment. In its design, IntelliPrev is a combination of online learning and business analysis tools that provide users with the ability to assess their environment, look for risk areas, and apply training and other tools to intelligently improve their organizational health outlook. The system is designed for Web-based delivery over a high-bandwidth connection.
Redmon designed a highly interactive and engaging set of course modules based on a standard, easy-to-use interface. Features of the program include a fully-narrated collection of nine learning modules that each includes multiple interactive opportunities and analysis tools. In addition, an extensive back-end administrative system also includes the ability for users to solicit online feedback from others in their organization through a custom-designed interactive survey system.
