DC Coast has received many awards, including "The Best New Restaurant of 1999" by Food&Wine Magazine. It continues to win the highest of praise from some of the top restaurant critics and journalists nationwide. DC Coast approached Redmon to produce and host a Web site that would exemplify the Beaux Art architectural style and bon vivant of one of Washington's finest restaurants.
Redmon's graphic designers captured the ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant. The site includes all the information a visitor would want to know--menu, wine list, hours, dress code--all within a minimum number of clicks from an easy navigation design. Redmon developed templates for the content, which means that DC Coast staff can update and maintain the site without the need to understand HTML code. The site also provides an online gift certificate service.
